The existing Evanston Art Center is located a few miles north-east of Crown Park. Although the existing center is housed in a beautiful old mansion, the facilities are inadequate for art making . An existing user analysis and program analysis by Wheeler-Kerns helped me inform the new identity and character of the art center.
